PREPARING FOR THE SACRAMENT OF BAPTISM
Baptism is a Sacrament of Christian Initiation by which we receive the dignity of adoption as children of God and by which we are incorporated into the Body of Christ, the Church – bringing us into community with the Church.
At Our Lady of Perpetual Help, we usually celebrate the Sacrament of Baptism on a Sunday morning after the 10am Mass on a date agreed between the Parish Priest and the parents of the child being Baptised.
Steps to follow:

Steps to follow:
- Contact our parish office and express your desire to have your child baptized.
- Complete a preparation for baptism form for each child you wish to have baptized.
- Email the completed form to ourlady.dcc@outlook.com
- The Parish Priest will then contact you to arrange for an in-person meeting to discuss and book the Sacrament of Baptism.
